I cannot believe that it's been a month since I last posted! Practically a lifetime ago. It is summer, and we've been busy swimming and exploring and playing...and going on our first ever hard-core family camping trip ('cause camping in Colorado takes camping to new heights, literally.)
Within hours of receiving a call from my sister that my mom was back in the hospital, I was at the airport and took the red eye flight back home to be with my family. It has been very emotional. And difficult. And I would like to see her open her eyes.
The Lord has been so comforting and gracious. Every day, I have been looking for the Scripture to hold onto, and He has been so very sweet in His Words to me.
I'm off to get ready for another visit to the ICU but first will take a peek at what He has for me today.

Oh my. Well, I am glad you got to have some fun with your family, and sorry for what you are going through right now. I will keep you and your family lifted up in prayer. God bless!
