Review: Walk Like You Have Somewhere To Go

Lucille O'Neal, mother of basketball great Shaquille O'Neal, has written an inspirational book about her life experiences...from a her wilder teen years to struggling as a single mom and then the eye-opening accounts of life as a celebrity mom.  I appreciated her transparency throughput the book.  It's written as if she is sitting down across from you, in a conversational tone.  Her voice grows stronger as her story unfolds, and her passion to encourage and empower others is clear as she shares about finding strength, hope and purpose through her relationship with the Lord.

I would recommend this book to others as an honest, inspirational story of an overcomer.  The tidbits into Shaquille O'Neal's life are interesting as well, but the true message of hope from a mother's heart is the beauty of this book.
